美食型男Judging

This is my 2nd time studio shooting, but it gave me different experience completely. After viewing myself in the show, there are lots of areas I needed to improve myself in front of the camera & the way of presentation especially.

I'm lucky this time as I was guide and lead by a group of experience judges like 阿鸿. He is not only being generous to the young participants, but he also helps us in expressing words of food, ways to present ourself when facing the camer & so on. In general, I should said he is a generous, helpful & friendly guy.

It is my great pleasure to have this program shooting experience. Thanks to Ringo Kaw who introduced me to this program.

I am again experiencing program shooting and this time, it is also the fastest and simplest shooting experience. Still lots of experience and exposure needed to make myself not shy infront of the camera and communication skills still have mileage to go... :(

Self Credential : Singapore Channel 8 "Cari Cari Makan Malaysia"

I learnt alot during this program shooting, especially with experienced host. They lead me very well throughout shooting, just that I needed to learn how to be natural infront of camera which I believe many of us are camera shy.

Great job has done by Media Corp Singapore especially they took an effort to send us a copy of the program, thanks to them.






Food Writing : Wonderful HongKong Food 19th-24th Oct 2009

This is a MUST eat dish in HONGKONG, Curry Fish Ball. Due to small stomach, we didn't order individual choices, we order All-in-One. The taste is really good, and it is real hot to me. Compare to our local curry, it has its own special taste that somehow make me miss it that wanna go back again for it.














Dessert in HongKong is one of the top business in F&B, and it is a fact that it's worth to have it. The one reasone that I can think of about the success of it is the quality of dessert. As you can see from the picture, the presentation is already tell a thousand words before you taste it. Once you taste it, it taste real good! What a plus plus point to it, and you will remember it most importantly.




























When I first look at this, I daren't try, it looks like snake skin!! After long persuasion from friend, died died just try one la. Alright you never regret has tried it. Very crunchy, not oily and is quite common in HongKong.














No doubt the food are generally quite expensive compared to ours, but i find the portion & ingredient of the food are simply at the right proportion vs price charge. Like the one below, you can see there are so much seaweed given. Frankly speaking, what we normally get here is just 2 - 3 pieces of seaweed right? agree?














Though HongKong egg tarts are good, but our own land do have very good egg tarts too, so not much I can comment on it.














Ahhh.. this one is good. The funny thing is, when you get into any bakery shop and get a Pineapple Bun, it is just simply taste good! I wonder how they share the secret recipes among all!!!














Don't charge the book from the cover I should said for this Luncheon Meat Sandwich. When it was served, we are like aahhh..just plain bread and the meat!!! The secret of this is the softener & freshness of the bread, and the good taste of luncheon meat which is also one of HongKong top food. Sometimes, keep it simple with good taste will do.














Everyone said HongKong Roast Pork / Char-Siew is one of the fantastic food you must try there, I personally find our Malaysia version taste better. This I must emphazie that, it might not suits my taste, but it suits the rest, otherwise, how would they get famous, for sure there are some statistic to proof that majority accepted it well. Only me!




























Below few picture are Portugese cuisine we tried in Macau. I voted A for it, but my cousin don't like it at all. The taste simply suits me well. Worth to try all shown below.

This day, we finally manage to try the dim-sum, it is real real real expansive, but it taste good. But I still find it too pricy.
